Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd of June.

Classes are held at Flourish (near the TSB stadium).

Sessions run from 9.30am - 4pm each day.

Choices in Childbirth Workshop support’s you to birth in the most natural way possible.

Designed to supplement antenatal classes, we cover....

1. Preparing for birth physically and emotionally

2. Birthing naturally at home or in hospital,

3. Self help techniques such as water birth, acupressure and hypnobirthing

4. Birth plan options

5. Decision making and informed consent

6. Father stories

7. Bonding and support networks beyond birth.

Investment: $60 for you and your birth support to attend the two day workshop. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss payment options.
