Saturday 25th and 26th October 2025.

Sessions run from 9:30 AM – 3.30 PM each day
Our Choices in Childbirth classes are designed to help you go into labour and birth feeling informed, empowered, and in control – no matter what path your labour and birth may take.
These classes support you to birth in the most natural way possible. We cover:
Preparing for birth physically and emotionally
Birthing naturally at home or in hospital
Self-help techniques such as water birth, acupressure, and hypnobirthing
Birth plan options
Decision-making and informed consent
Father stories
Bonding and support networks beyond birth
Investment: $60 for you and your birth support to attend the two-day classes. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss payment options.
After payment, more details will be emailed to you one week before the classes start.
